UCHE Estates & Recreational Center Ltd opened its first block-making line in Mabuchi, Abuja in 2008 — a response to a market full of inconsistent product, missed deliveries, and contractors carrying the cost of someone else’s mistakes.

Seventeen years later we run owned plant in Abuja, an owned dredging fleet in Rivers State, and a turn-key construction practice that delivers to expatriate, government, and private clients across two states.
